My Background and Approach
I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I). I'm committed to empowering clients on their healing journey with over 20 years of experience in mental health counseling, holistic practices, and healing. My approach focuses on unveiling your innate healing capacity, releasing trauma's grip, and fostering a grounded, passionate, and connected life. As mental Health Counseling Intern Therapist, Holistic Practitioner, and Healer, I utilize diverse modalities to suit your needs. Specializing in energetic, somatic, and trauma-informed practices, I guide clients to awaken their true selves and navigate underlying issues. My education includes a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling, With advanced studies at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, I'm certified in Family Constellations, NARM, Continuum Movement, SE, Brain Spotting, SSP, and Havening Techniques. Beyond therapy, I've been involved in Divine Matrix Healings and Healing Trauma Works since 2006.
