About My Clients
I know sometimes life can just feel like too much to handle. Stress and anxiety can get really high and you feel you have no one to talk to about what you are feeling. Then there are times you feel stuck in your current situation (relationship, career, goals, and etc) and just need some guidance on what steps to take. You may also have some troubled children or a broken relationship that needs an outside look to help correct it. Let's talk about ways of getting through these issues.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to help you build your toolbox to help you get through many of those situations that causes you anxiety, depression, trauma, or pain. I want you to be able to feel free and no longer bound by your stressors. With my many years of experience, trainings, and research I've found many different tools and techniques that can be helpful to you. We will work collaboratively to address your concerns and finding solutions. We will start with what's going on in the moment and how to get control over your body and thoughts. I also will teach you how to gain resilience so that you can overcome these issues in the future if they return.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which mean that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. I believe in self-love, independence, self-accomplishment, self-awareness, individual development, and educational planning/success.
