My Background and Approach
I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience as an Alcohol and Substance Use Counselor. I have worked with individuals with dual diagnosis with substance use including anxiety, depression, Bipolar and trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all unique in our own way and our looking to find our balance in our lives. Therapy is a way to learn coping skills to change behaviors and thoughts that are a barrier to balance.
