About My Clients
Helping humans become their best version is my passion. Using a person-centered approach, I align my goal with yours, especially as it involves traumas, faulty thinking, addictions, and other self-sabotaging behaviors. Some debilitating thoughts contribute to anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, emotional problems, and sleep disorders.
