About My Clients
My clients are a diverse group who know they are in a safe space during our sessions. I work with those who experience anxiety, depression, substance use/misuse, questioning sexuality, neurodivergence, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, mood disorders, grief, women's issues, PTSD, gender affirming support, and many more. I am extremely LGBTQ+ friendly.
My Background and Approach
I believe the whole person matters, not just placing one piece of the puzzle in the correct spot. To truly understand oneself is to find a proper place for all the puzzle pieces to create a beautiful picture. I hold a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, a Masters in Addiction Psychology, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a Substance Use Disorder Professional. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am big on teaching self-love, self-reliance, self-awareness, and self-care. I like to dig deep, while always meeting the client where they are. I believe trauma-informed care is key to unlocking vulnerabilities and to begin the healing process. I work with all genders and ages over 18 years.
