About My Clients
Currently, Tammy works with adults managing substance use disorders, alcohol use disorders, and other addictions such as sex and gambling. Aside from working with adults coping with addictions, Tammy is interested in working with individuals who are working through racial identity issues, religious trauma, mood disorders such as depression, anxiety related issues, self-esteem related issues, ADHD/ASD, and grief/loss of pets. She has received training in Brainspotting.
My Background and Approach
I have over a decade of experience in working with diverse client populations in both acute care and outpatient settings. I use an eclectic approach using evidenced-based therapies and am BSP (Brainspotting) trained.
