About My Clients
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or emotionally exhausted, often carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety/depression, or grief. You might feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or weighed down by past experiences that still show up in the present. My role is to help you make sense of those experiences and move forward in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
My Background and Approach
I obtained my Masters of Science degree from TTUHSC School of Health Professions. I have experience working with individuals manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, crisis, trauma, suicidal ideation, suicide bereavement, grief, and day to day stresses. Additionally, as part of my graduate school internship I worked with incarcerated individuals and gained invaluable experience working with individuals who had diverse mental health needs. My goal is to learn about you- what successes/challenges you currently face and how I can assist you in meeting your goals. Each session you can expect to met with empathy and acceptance.
