My Background and Approach
Ms. England, owner, and therapist of Looking Forward Counseling & Mentoring Services has over ten years of experience in the Behavioral Health industry. I have extensive clinical experience in working with adults, children, and families in a wide variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric clinics, community-based agencies, juvenile correctional facilities, and private practice. I utilize an integrated approach to Behavioral Health with Reality, Existential and CBT\Mindfulness techniques to encourage clients to conceptualize the notion that when people have the courage and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, people are free to experience change.
