I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping clients of all ages build strength & resiliency. I provide compassionate support & guidance when struggling with symptoms of depression, stress, anxiety or going through a life transition. I am a certified trauma specialist with an emphasis in working with people from diverse backgrounds. My personal approach to treatment involves promoting self-compassion through the process of change, using humor to confront the roadblocks and strengthening insight to sustain your newfound path to wellness.
