About My Clients
I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, Black and brown women, and neurodivergent adults navigating identity, relationships, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and boundaries. Together, we explore patterns, build self-trust, and create lives that feel more genuine.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and direct. I create a space where you can show up as your full self without fear of judgment. I believe growth happens when we make room for all parts of ourselves, not just the ones that feel easy to accept. In our work together, I’ll help you notice patterns, ask thought-provoking questions that spark reflection, and support you in finding your voice. Therapy with me can look like deep reflection, honest conversation, hard truths, and laughter. My goal is to help you build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and create a life that feels authentic to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people deserve dignity, care, and belonging, especially those who have been historically oppressed or excluded. I believe healing begins when we can move away from shame, understand our patterns with curiosity, and make space for every part of ourselves. My hope is to help people build lives that feel true to who they are.
