My private practice specializes in helping individuals, couples and families overcome abuse, chemical addiction, domestic violence, LGBT2+, mental illness and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I desire to "Lend a Hand Up" in order to help people overcome pain and trauma while restoring wholeness, wellness, self esteem, worth and self-efficacy within a judgement free zone. I can help you work through irrational beliefs, negative thoughts and maladaptive behaviors. I can equip you with coping skills and resources to improve your quality of life. I hold an ecletic view on therapy. I incorporate multiple techniques, from CBT, DBT, REBT, Psychoanalytic, Family Systems etc to meet your needs.
