My Background and Approach
I am a national-level speaker, graduate level professor of addictions and mental health, and leadership coach who utilizes a holistic approaches to care. I favor Solution Focused Therapy methods, Adlerian Counseling, and Internal Family Systems approaches to the work I do with clients. I bring humor, directness, and deep compassion to the work I do with others.
