About My Clients

How about this, when you finally take a break or vacation you notice that you don't enjoy the time away because there is a laundry list of things you feel you should be doing or need to get done before you can relax? My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is psychoeducational and person centered in nature. I use motivational interviewing, brief solution focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy in my practice; however, I do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Due to COVID-19 all sessions are provided via telehealth with HIPAA-approved technology for a video-enabled virtual session. I provide services Monday through Thursday and with afternoon and evening availability. Once scheduled our first session will consist of a welcoming introduction with space provided for any questions you may have regarding service, the completion of consents, and all legally required paperwork, and last but not least your needs and wants from therapy.
