Perhaps you find yourself here because you are ready for a change that's been a long time coming. You might be stuck in the same ways of interacting in your relationships, even if they cause pain and hinder connection. Or, you may find yourself painfully reliving your past traumas and hardships, no matter how hard you try to press on. Yes, even for you, it is possible to find a new way of living with more freedom, intimacy and connection. But, this can be hard without help along the way.
My Background and Approach
I work especially with couples and families and individuals who have experienced trauma. My specific training and approaches include family systems theory, the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I strive to create a compassionate environment that sets the tone for deep healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I consider it an honor and a privilege to walk alongside my clients towards greater healing and wholeness. I am continually humbled by my clients’ bravery and resilience as they push past their hardships in pursuit of what truly matters to them.
