About My Clients
I help people move towards a life where anxiety and emotional pain no longer handcuffs you and prevents you from having the relationships, experiences, and emotional well-being that seem out of reach. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) our work will help you identify your values and goals, learn new acceptance and change coping strategies, reduce avoidance behaviors, and start to feel better. I currently see folks both virtually and in-person.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, emotion regulation disorders, trauma and grief. I am the Founder and Clinical Director of REACH Counseling Center and am licensed in both Massachusetts and California. My approach to therapy is one of collaboration. I work with my clients to teach them how to reduce and manage their symptoms in ways that make sense to them given their own unique personal and cultural background. I utilize a warm, engaging style to help those I work with develop their strengths and gain insight into patterns that are hindering them from achieving their potential in all areas of life.
