About My Clients

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues, life cycle events, health problems, and family planning concerns (including infertility, transitioning to parenthood, expanding your family, etc).
My Background and Approach
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to help you live more fully in the present with less anxiety about the future or regrets about the past. Let me help you identify and change thinking patterns that keep you stuck in old habits. You will also learn to be less self-critical and judgmental to increase happiness and satisfaction. In addition to individual therapy, I also lead mindfulness skills groups and periodically offer free introductory mindfulness workshops for the community. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All of the therapists at The Snow Psychology Group are fully trained and independently licensed. Our psychologists are licensed to provide telehealth services to those in MD/DC/VA and over 25 other participating PSYPACT states. We have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, ACT, mindfulness, Gottman method couples therapy, as well as supportive psychotherapies. Our therapists are experienced at tailoring their specific approach to the needs of each individual and we strive to match each patient with the therapist in our practice who would be the best fit for them.
