About My Clients
My practice focuses on supporting children who are struggling with anxiety, big emotions, self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I enjoy supporting children and their adults in fostering their feelings of attunement and connectedness with one another. I also enjoy supporting families as they navigate new developmental stages and stressors. In addition to my work with young children, I also provide individual counseling for parents who are caring for their emotional health and wellbeing.
My Background and Approach

My background includes extensive training in Child Centered Play Therapy, which is a developmentally responsive and relationally-based counseling intervention for young children who experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. I also enjoy supporting caregivers in their relationships with their children using Child Parent Relationship Therapy.
