Whether it’s thought spirals & rituals of OCD, fear & avoidance of phobias & panic, shame of skin-picking/hair-pulling, restlessness & self-loathing of ADHD: with a safe space and good tools, relief is possible.
My Background and Approach
For anxiety issues, I use CBT, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) & Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). For hair-pulling, skin-picking, and tic disorders, I use Habit Reversal Training (HRT) and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics. I use a number of proven, evidence-based tools to address the issues involved with ADHD. I have almost a decade of experience in treating OCD, anxiety, BFRB's, and ADHD. I have studied under some of the country's most well-known experts, and I continue to obtain continuing education to stay on top of recent developments in my field. Check out my support groups! I also love helping folks examine substance use and make changes to improve this.
