About My Clients
I often work with first-generation professionals, oldest daughters, and high-achieving adults who are used to carrying a lot on their shoulders. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, complex trauma, grief, major life transitions, relationship stress, or imposter syndrome—often while trying to meet cultural expectations or the belief that they “should handle it on their own.” If this feels familiar, you’re not alone, and you deserve support too.
My Background and Approach
As a LCSW, I bring clinical experience in supporting individuals with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I believe therapy should be accessible and stigma-free, especially for communities where seeking help hasn’t always been encouraged. My hope is to create a space where healing feels possible, relatable, and truly yours.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I help clients make sense of overwhelming emotions, untangle old narratives, and create new patterns that feel aligned and empowering. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and build meaningful tools for navigating stress, setting boundaries, improving self-worth, and moving through both personal and professional challenges with greater clarity and confidence. As a first-generation American and oldest daughter myself, I understand the pressure to be the strong one, the fixer, or the one who “figures it out.” In our work, you’ll have a space where you can finally put some of that weight down. I offer warmth, honesty, and a collaborative style—supporting you through the difficult moments while also challenging you when growth calls for it. Therapy with me is both grounding and forward-moving.
