About My Clients

I work with women navigating the complex transitions of midlife—especially perimenopause and menopause. My clients often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about who they are becoming. Many are professionals, caregivers, or creatives seeking a more profound sense of meaning, emotional clarity, and renewed self-confidence. If you want to feel grounded, seen, and supported during this season of change, you'll find a compassionate and understanding space here.

My Background and Approach

With an MSW and a clinical practice dedicated to women's midlife transitions, I specialize in supporting those navigating the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that arise during perimenopause and menopause. Over the past year, I've refined my focus and invested deeply in advanced training—earning certificates in cognitive behavioral Therapy for menopause, integrative approaches, trauma-informed care, and women's mental health. This specialized expertise allows me to offer nuanced, personalized care to women who are often overlooked by traditional mental health services. I understand the unique emotional toll this transition can take—because I've lived it too. My approach is evidence-based, warm, and collaborative, grounded in both clinical insight and lived experience. If you're feeling lost in the fog of change, our work together can help you reconnect with your strength, identity, and sense of self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the core of my work is a commitment to advocacy, equity, and empowerment. I approach Therapy through a feminist lens, honoring how power, identity, and culture shape mental health. Every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued—especially during life transitions that are often misunderstood or minimized.
