About My Clients
My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session. Rapport building initially and I want to hear your story! I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable or like they are giving up their past to someone they don't know. I believe in a trust-base relationship and going at your pace as you are comfortable. Mostly, clients tell me they feel like they have chatted with a friend but realize there has been growth in the conversation. To me, that is the way it should be.
My Background and Approach
I very much like a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life, and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self-care. I like a person-centered approach meaning you are in charge; we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that true healing begins when we are seen, heard, and nurtured in mind, body, and spirit. As a psychologist, I hold space for each person’s unique journey, integrating therapeutic techniques with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and spiritual awareness. I believe in the power of inner resilience, and I see therapy as a sacred space where transformation, clarity, and emotional alignment can unfold gently and authentically.
