About My Clients

My clients are individuals of all backgrounds who are served by therapeutic support to live fulfilling lives. I work primarily with adults who are experiencing depression, post-traumatic stress, chronic illness, substance use and relationship distress.

My Background and Approach

I have worked for the past eight years in foster care, sexual and mental health, substance use recovery, immigrant rights, survivor advocacy, education access and family systems therapy. My approach is integrative and I use aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that all people deserve to be treated with compassion by others and by themselves. I serve and identify with LGBTQIA clients.
