About My Clients
Parenting is hard - we all need support. I work with kids, teens, and families struggling with and navigating phase of life transitions, anxiety and depression, divorce adjustment, behavior issues, and attachment wounds.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy from an attachment-based lens and use play therapy techniques with children. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University. I hold professional memberships with the American Counseling Association and American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am supervised by Summer Curwen, LMFT (License #1196) while I pursue licensure in the state of TN.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each person is created intentionally by God and should be seen as a whole individual in the context of their relationships.
