About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who are interested in and motivated to create meaningful change in their lives. I treat each person as unique and tailor my approach and technique to meet each individual’s goals.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Los Angeles, California. I work with individuals and families throughout California, with over twelve years of clinical experience. I earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, an APA accredited university. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including community mental health, public school counseling centers, a neuropsychological testing center, and private practice. I work with a diverse client population and have a commitment to cultural humility. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a third wave of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also draw from Compassion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and others. I work with individuals who are going through life transitions, experiencing relationship issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and other conditions.
