I have received specialized training in the treatment of sexual & relationship issues. I utilize a sex-positive approach to help individuals and couples work through their challenges, build greater intimacy, & improve their relationships. I will guide you to better understand your feelings & experiences, as well as develop skills to cope with life stressors & daily challenges. My goal is to help you achieve self understanding, break those patterns & lead you to an empowering life.
