I work with adult clients (ages 25+) who reside in Washington State. I have experience working with a range of presenting concerns and populations, tailoring treatment to align with your specific needs and goals. Areas of focus include: Childhood Trauma & PTSD, First Responders, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship & Attachment Issues, Women’s Issues, Life Transitions, Psychedelic Therapies & Support, Existential Concerns, Mindfulness, and Spiritual Issues (Emergence & Emergency).

I’m a trauma, somatic, and psychedelic therapist that integrates modern neuroscience, body-based modalities, ancient healing wisdom, and contemplative practices to support a dynamic, holistic method of healing and transformation; not just symptom reduction. I'm committed to supporting you develop the skills to foster self- regulation and compassion, release trauma from your system, and Re-connect with your authentic, loving Self. My toolkit includes: EMDR, The Comprehensive Resource Model, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Psychedelic Preparation and Integration, Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy, and more.
