About My Clients
The clients I serve are children, adolescents and adults ages 12 and up. I specialize in the treatment of mood and thinking disorders as well as depression and anxiety. Life can be challenging especially without the knowledge and awareness of the tools necessary to address them. I am here to help increase that awareness while promoting wellness, peace and balance.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a variety of techniques to help my clients reach their goals, by working to increase awareness and by implementing a holistic approach- Mind, Body, and Spirit. I believe that neglecting one or the other equals partial results. I incorporate theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Based Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to name a few. All of which to get you where you want to be.
