About My Clients
Are you ready to break the cycles keeping you stuck? Do you want to stop letting someone else’s mood control yours, build deeper connections, and communicate with clarity? To release the fear of judgment, say “no” without guilt, and set boundaries that stick? I help individuals and couples break unhelpful patterns, improve communication, rebuild emotional connection, calm high-functioning anxiety, get out of “always-on” mode and create relationships that truly feel good to be in.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy works best when we work together, so I take a collaborative approach to help you identify your goals, track your growth, and adjust as needed. While my foundation is in evidence-based methods like CBT, I integrate tools from trauma-focused, solution-focused, narrative therapy, and the Gottman Method to meet your unique needs. Together, clarify what matters most to you and explore what’s getting in the way. These insights will guide our work, helping you grow in awareness and confidence. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tools to tackle current and future obstacles independently.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer a warm, non-judgmental approach because I believe a lot of what you get out of therapy is also tied to the relationship you're able to build with your therapist. Many of my clients come to me with the sense that something deeper is asking to be heard, something beneath the patterns, beneath the coping. Together, we listen for what's true, and what's whole. It is not uncommon at the beginning of treatment for clients to describe that they feel stuck in patterns that are causing distress in their lives. Some may struggle to express their needs, set boundaries, or communicate effectively in relationships. My approach is client-centered, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly.
