About My Clients
I work with the POC and LGBTQ+ community to work through life transitions, anxiety, stress, and unhealthy behaviors or thoughts. I use a Person-Centered approach with my adult clients to reach goals that they set as they know themselves and their environments best.
My Background and Approach
I believe in providing collaborative environments for clients as they know themselves best. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Person-Centered approach to both understand and challenge the thoughts or beliefs that one may be challenged with and to help break unhealthy cycles.
