About My Clients
My clients’ usually want to feel more emotionally resilient, less anxious and effective boundary setters. They want to be able to connect with themselves, the world and others in their lives. They are brave and willing to do the work. My name is Tai and I help my clients uncover new and old truths about themselves so they can then choose who they want to be. The majority of my practice focuses on anxiety, depression, parenting trauma, postpartum mental health and behavioral issues.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, compassionate and structured. I have been perfecting my tools and insights throughout my career for helping someone just like you. Together, we discover ways to build confidence. We find and understand ways to live a life of fulfillment. I help parents build a secure attachment with their children, and a confident parent. I help new moms navigate their new role as mother. I help tweens and teens understand what’s happening in their bodies as well as their minds and how they can create healthy coping skills in their lives. I help toddlers learn how to regulate their big emotions when boundaries are placed and when separating from caregivers. Most of my clients tell me that my style of therapy is fun, honest and they feel empowered. I am so honored to start this journey with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the human experience. I believe in this time and space without judgment. I believe in all possibilities, and this belief helps me to connect with my clients. As a therapist it is important to know that our clients have as much as an affect on us as we do them and because of this I believe in offering a FREE 30 minute consultation! I am spirited and dedicated to this work. I am actively anti racist, Autism advocate, LGBTQ Allied and have a passion for the protection of BIPOC women and children.
