About My Clients
I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety and depression, exploring their gender, sexual, or romantic identity, relationship anarchy, late-diagnosed Autism or ADHD, seeking support around chronic pain and illness, and processing trauma.
My Background and Approach
You know more about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences than anyone else—my role is to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental place for you to process your emotions and create a path moving forward. My therapeutic approach will vary from person to person depending on individual need and unique lived experience. I often use a blend of somatic work and mindfulness paired with consent-based, feminist, narrative, trauma-informed, neurodiverse-informed, emotionally focused therapies. I primarily work with adults in individual and group therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about 2SLGBTQ+ rights (and human rights in general), intersectional feminism, anti-racism, and dismantling systems of oppression. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, built on mutual respect and authenticity. Outside of being a therapist, I am an activist that is passionate about advocating for cultivating intersectional community, accessibility, and mutual aid.
