I help clients understand the root causes of low mood, hopelessness, and loss of motivation. Through evidence-based strategies and collaborative insight, I guide clients toward renewed energy, purpose, and emotional balance.

In my clinical work, I take a structured yet flexible approach to treating anxiety, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, reduce negative self-talk, and develop healthier coping strategies. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to increase present-moment awareness and reduce physical symptoms of anxiety.

I use psychodynamic therapy because it helps clients gain deeper insight into how their past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns influence their present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By exploring these connections, clients can better understand the roots of their struggles, recognize recurring themes, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. This approach allows for meaningful self-awareness and long-term change, beyond just symptom management.

I use integrative therapy because it allows me to draw from multiple evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques, to meet the unique needs of each client. No single method works for everyone, and integrative therapy provides the flexibility to tailor interventions based on individual goals, challenges, and preferences.
