About My Clients

I specialize in helping adults, couples and families improve their relationship with themselves and others. We all struggle at times to find harmony in ourselves and in our various roles, whether as a co-parent, parent, partner, co-worker, friend, or family member. When we don’t relate to ourselves or others in the way we want, we can feel frustrated, anxious or depressed. I am here to listen and give you practical skills to move forward in a different way that is healing for you.

My Background and Approach

I am a recovering lawyer and former food entrepreneur (I developed a line of allergen free foods for kids). I came to therapy later in life because I wanted to give back to our community by helping one person at a time. I am here to create a safe space where I’ll listen to you with empathy and understanding while also honoring your unique experience and journey. I am not here to judge you. I am here to give you the skills to move forward in a way that is healing for you. As your therapist, I will help you stay focused on your goals and empower you so you can face your current challenges and any that may lay ahead. Clients describe me as warm, empathic and nonjudgmental. They appreciate that I take the time to understand them and that I can see their strengths, even those they may have overlooked. If you’re ready to do something different to discover some peace within yourself and your relationships, it’s time to get the tools you need to get there.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about neurodiversity. Based on experiences from my own family, I have done a lot of research in this area. I believe I have both the personal experience and the clinical background to help parents facing a new diagnosis to better understand and manage their experience while also supporting their marriage. I can also support adults on the spectrum in ways that feel affirming to them while meeting their goals. Whether you're neurodiverse or neurotypical, the best investment you can make in positive, healthy relationships is an investment in yourself. I am here to help you discover your ability to live a full, joyful life and to improve your relationship with yourself and with the people that matter to you. I hope you will reach out for a free consultation.
