About My Clients
Whether you're carrying the weight of unresolved experiences, navigating relationship challenges, or struggling to feel safe in your own body, therapy can help you find clarity and relief. I specialize in trauma-informed treatment that honors your story, supports your healing, and empowers lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas. I have an eclectic background grounded in community work, helping active duty military, veterans and their families, incarcerated individuals and children/teens. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I create a space where you don’t have to minimize your pain or explain it away. You deserve support that meets you where you are and helps you move toward where you want to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a trauma-focused therapist, I believe that trauma is not just what happened to you, but how it changed the way you see yourself, others, and the world. I believe that healing is possible not because therapy “fixes” you, but because within the right relationship, you can begin to feel safe, connected, and whole again. I see my role as a compassionate witness and guide never the expert on your life, but someone trained to walk with you through the healing process at your pace. I hold space with deep respect for how trauma intersects with identity, culture, and systemic oppression. Your experience matters. Your survival makes sense. And your nervous system deserves gentleness, not judgment. I work from a place of curiosity, transparency, and collaboration. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe in honoring your voice, your pace, and your resilience no matter where you are in your journey.
