Does your child seem different? Are they not telling you what’s going on in their world and you’re worried they may be depressed or anxious? You’re not alone. Many parents have come to me wanting to support their child(ren) and work together. I’m here for you.
My Background and Approach
The tools I have added to my toolbox over the years have helped many individuals and families. My goal is for my clients to eventually reach for their own coping tools having processed their stressors together. For the past 5 years, my work has focused on mindfulness, solution focused therapy and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). Depending on the need, I also use trauma informed therapy and group work. Many times it can be helpful to uncover childhood experiences and how they have affected you today. We can work through this together.
