About My Clients
Do you find yourself overthinking, struggling with anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed trying to hold everything together? I work with women and teen girls (14+) in TX and NM navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many clients feel stuck in people-pleasing, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion. I help clients break unhealthy patterns, build confidence, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier coping skills in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
My Background and Approach
The work I do is deeply rooted in helping women and teen girls build confidence, reclaim their voice, and break through the cultural, societal, and internalized expectations that often shape how they see themselves. As a Hispanic therapist, I understand firsthand the impact of cultural identity, generational beliefs, and unspoken expectations that many women carry around strength, family roles, independence, and self-worth. I also understand how these messages can sometimes lead to silence, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and feeling like you have to shrink yourself to be accepted. In our work together, I focus on helping you recognize and challenge the internal narratives that keep you stuck—whether that is self-doubt, anxiety, perfectionism, or long-standing beliefs about your worth. Many of my clients come to me feeling like they are constantly trying to meet expectations that were never truly theirs to begin with. Together, we work on unlearning those patterns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. Every person has the capacity for growth and change, even when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. In my work with women and teen girls, I often see how anxiety, low self-esteem, and self-doubt are not who someone is, but learned responses shaped by experiences, relationships, culture, and environment. Because of that, I believe these patterns can be unlearned and replaced with healthier, more empowering ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
