I specialize in working with the teen population. I’ve worked with teenagers in many capacities for the last 10 years. I also love with working clients that are a member of the LGBTQ+ community. I’m very open to working with all populations that are ready to start their healing journey.
My Background and Approach
I've been trained in Trauma Informed Care and Crisis De-Escalation. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered therapeutic approach as well as motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I collaborate with each client to incorporate aspects from a variety of therapeutic techniques to ensure they have an individualized plan. I have a flexible schedule with morning, afternoon, and evening appointments available.
