We know how anxiety, fear, and trauma can cripple our happiness, growth, and quality of life. We want to be able to help you relieve high stress, anxiety, and/or depressive symptoms that continue to make life feel unnecessarily difficult. We have clinicians with extra training and certifications in trauma and anxiety to help you.
My Background and Approach
We work to understand your specific and unique experience and work collaboratively with you to address the anxiety, stress, or other symptoms that continue to cause unnecessary suffering. We want to deeply understand your experience and provide tools, techniques, and strategies that you can use in and outside of sessions. We are passionate about helping others and have taken many extra trainings and received certifications to understand the newest research and approaches that have proven effectiveness for clients.
