About My Clients

My ideal client is someone that doesn't realize they're ideal. They may feel too messy, too broke, or like they aren't worthy of a happy, healthy life. We'd navigate their needs and goals together, I want them to feel comfortable collaborating with me as an active participant in this process.

My Background and Approach

My background is rooted in crisis intervention and I have a strong passion for harm reduction.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I started my career as a social worker staffing a suicide crisis hotline and continued on the path of crisis intervention for several years before transitioning to my current specialty of addiction and harm reduction, which I've been in for 2.5 years. I also have extensive personal and professional experiencing addressing grief and trauma, I strongly believe that our lived experience -good, bad, and ugly- can be powerful for helping others to heal and in turn, heal ourselves.
