I specialize in working with young adults and couple who constantly overthink or second-guess themselves, feel stuck even when they're trying their best, struggle to set boundaries or speak up in relationships, or feel disconnected from themselves and unsure what they truly want. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focused on helping build self-trust, clarity, and the confidence to show up as yourself in your relationships and daily life. Healing does not come from me “fixing” you, but from helping you reconnect with the strengths, insight, and resilience that already exist within you. My therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and collaborative, with directness when it serves your growth. I believe that the foundation of meaningful therapy is a strong, trusting relationship. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself—where you are met with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. These modalities support greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and alignment with your values. Together, we will work to better understand patterns, clarify what matters most to you, and navigate obstacles that may be keeping you stuck. I aim to balance empathy and support with thoughtful challenges that promote insight, growth, and lasting change.
