About My Clients
I work with people who want support and a space to talk openly, even if they’re not sure where to start. I take a strengths-based approach and meet clients where they are, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for them.
My Background and Approach
I’m trained in EMDR and am working toward certification, which I often use to help process trauma in a way that feels manageable. I also draw from CBT to help clients notice patterns, build coping skills, and recognize their own strengths. Some areas I commonly work with are anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Therapy with me is a team effort — we move at your pace, making sure your goals and comfort guide our work. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I invite you to reach out when you’re ready. In sessions, you’re in control, and we’ll take things step by step. Sessions are safe and collaborative — a space to tackle the hard stuff and still be you.
