I am here to support your overall wellness, to remind you of the strengths you already possess but maybe can’t see for yourself right now, and collaborate with you on your counseling goals. My Background and Approach
I will meet you where you are at in your mental health journey every step of the way. My experience includes a range of individuals presenting with various and/or multiple mental health concerns. My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness and trauma-informed care that utilizes the skills of CBT, DBT, strength-based, narrative therapy, and more.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Existing in this world can bring with it a spectrum of feelings and it is okay to ask for support as you experience them. My hope is for you to feel seen, learn new skills to cope with whatever life throws your way, and to walk away from our time together feeling incredibly capable. You are valid in all your forms and I look forward to working alongside you.
