I have worked with people from different backgrounds and age groups, in community mental health and in the field of eating disorders. I utilize evidence-based, solution-oriented interventions to help you on your path to healing. Some of these techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
