I work with older teens and adults of all ages as well as couples. I want to help you become the best version of you and to work through all the things that are holding you back. From mental health issues to career changes; from relationship issues to just wanting to get healthier, I am here for you.
My Background and Approach
With over 20 years of experience in the field, there is not much I have not seen. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals and community mental health centers. I want you to know you are not alone. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who uses a variety of techniques. I like to assess what you need, want and are comfortable with before deciding on a course of action, and then that can be changed at any time as we see fit. I also have formal training in the Gottman Method. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors as well as the ACA and NBCC. As the wife of a Former Marine, I have a special connection to Veterans.
