My Background and Approach
Throughout my experience as a therapist, I have always valued the individuality and uniqueness of each client I work with. As a therapist, I utilize an Integrative Approach with my clients, which means I draw from various evidence-based treatments to fit you, your needs, and goals. I recognize that what might work for some might not work for all and strive to create a holistic and individualized plan for each client. In session, I strive to provide a warm, down-to-earth, and supportive environment where you feel safe to process difficult experiences, emotions, and thoughts. Research shows that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect in the therapeutic process, and, with me, therapy is more than just a clinical interaction.
