About My Clients
Overall, I want to help clients who are struggling with their own self-doubt. Self-doubt can develop from many experiences and look very different per individual. Whether it comes in the form of anxiety, stress, low-self esteem, sadness, or conflict, I want to be a supportive element in the process of working through those feelings. Ideally, a client will be ready to open up about their feelings to try to make sense of it all and be validated in their unique experiences.
My Background and Approach
I understand that everyone’s experience is unique, and so I meet clients where they are at. I believe in providing an open mind and a comfortable place for clients to be themselves as we work together to meet their goals. As we create a therapeutic relationship, I will work to help end the cycle of negative feelings by providing the space to open up about the deeper parts of life that bring these emotions to the surface. I will utilize the tools I have to promote a new frame of mind and coping strategies that fit the client’s needs. Engaging in therapy can feel very vulnerable. Being open with someone new can be tough, but know that you are not alone. I’ll maintain the same openness that I want for my clients and make it a priority to keep a comfortable space so we can be present in the moment. Everyone deserves the space to be who they are, process their feelings, and work on what they need. My goal is to be the support system in this journey!
