About My Clients
Are you overwhelmed or trying to figure everything out? I work with teens, adults & LGBTQ+ folks navigating anxiety, mood, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, and relationship concerns. This is YOUR space.
My Background and Approach
Together, we will work on building skills, gaining insight, and promoting emotional healing and support. I use an individualized and affirming lens that considers identity, environment, and experience. I use a range of techniques from CBT, DBT, internal family systems, humanistic therapy, and other theoretical frameworks. I am a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia, supervised by Jessica Stoler, LPC, CCTP-II. I hold additional certification as a National Certified Counselor and am a member of the American Counseling Association Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Active member, activist, and affirming therapist for the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that everyone deserves appropriate and individualized mental health care from competent and compassionate providers.
