I believe that healing is ongoing, met by exploring our inner most thoughts and feelings. I have experience supporting adolescents & adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma symptoms, relationship challenges, and addiction. I help my clients work through issues that are impacting their life and relationships. I serve as a guide as people work on shifting their view of themselves and the world through improving self-esteem, self-worth, and interpersonal dynamics.
