I am currently taking Adult (18+) clients. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you are the expert of your experience, and I remain an active partner in your journey, offering guidance, reflection, and practical skills. My integrative approach combines evidence-based methods including CBT, ERP, ACT, and psychodynamic techniques. As a first-generation Hispanic therapist, I provide a culturally responsive, welcoming space where diverse identities, family structures, and personal challenges are honored. I specialize in various anxiety and OCD themes while supporting individuals through life's many transitions.
