About My Clients
My ideal client is a high achiever, motivated, caring, and always trying their best, even when it costs them. On the outside they’re capable, composed, “the strong one.” Inside they’re overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, and tired of feeling like nothing they do is enough. They want relief from perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, emotional swings, trauma, and stress. They want to feel safe being human, not perfect.
My Background and Approach
I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a holistic background in yoga, personal training, nutrition, and mindfulness. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and inner child work to support teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, focused on helping clients build emotional regulation skills, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with their sense of worth. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” but about honoring where you are while moving toward growth, balance, and alignment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or longing for change, I create a safe space to explore your experiences, process emotions, and develop the tools you need to live a more grounded and empowered life.
